Berry Crumble

Ingredients

Serves 6

For the filling:
500g berries (strawberries/raspberries/blueberries)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the crumble:
200g Huel Granola
2 tbsp margarine
1 heaped tbsp Vanilla Huel Powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix berries with Huel, vanilla extract and lemon juice and place the mix into a crumble dish.
Prepare the crumble by mixing together all the crumble ingredients with fingers. Sprinkle this on top of the berry mix.
Place the dish into the preheated oven for about 20-30 mins until the crumble browns and the berries are bubbling.
