How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE delivery when you spend more than 234.00 zl to the below listed countries. Orders below 234.00 zl will have a flat-rate of 40.00 zl.*

Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Finland, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.

The following countries have a fixed fee of 160.00 zl on all orders.

Do I get a specified delivery slot?

UPS offers UPS MyChoice to schedule deliveries or redirect your shipment. Simply sign up with UPS MyChoice and they will inform you of the incoming shipment to your delivery address. You can also postpone deliveries, send the shipment to an alternative address or to a UPS Access Point®.

Who should I contact for issues with my delivery?

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or mis-delivered, please contact info@huel.com within 7 days of the original delivery date. If we are made aware outside of this time period, it is unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Huel.

How long will it take me to get my Huel

We don't pick and pack at the weekend, so if you order then it will be picked and packed on Monday.
Delivery time by country:

2-5 days:
France, Northern Italy, Czech Republic, Poland

3-7 days:
Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Slovania, Finland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Hungary, Southern Italy, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.

Can I change my order after it has been processed?

Unfortunately not, once an order has gone through it is not possible for us to amend the order.
